Scott Zbryk was born in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on February 28th, 1953. In April of 1953 he and his parents moved to Colorado where he grew up in the suburbs outside of Denver. Colorado has been home ever since, and he now resides in Evergreen, Colorado.
      Realizing his artistic potential at a young age while in fifth grade, Scott began his journey into the world of art. At Westminster High School in

     Scott Zbryk is an exceptional pen, ink, mixed

media, and oil paint artist. His studio/gallery is located in Evergreen Colorado. He’s been an active artist member of numerous galleries across Colorado's diverse arts districts.

    

    Venues where his works have been shown include, CORE New Art Space Gallery, Shadow Mountain Gallery, Main Street Gallery Evergreen, Evergreen Center for the Arts, Rembrandt Yard Arts & Events Center, Valkarie Gallery, Evergreen Lutheran Church, The Depot Art Gallery, The Denver Public Library, Auraria Campus Library, Center for Visual Arts, Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, and various other locations as well as private collections.

    

     Artistic influences range from the skewed perspective of M. C. Escher, the sculptural frolic of Red Grooms, the surreal atmosphere of Salvador Dali, and the whimsical

environments of Dr. Seuss.

  

     Zbryk has a BFA Degree from Metro State College of in art and art education, and an MA Degree in Fine Arts from Regis University.
